CWS Platform respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

This Policy applies to every visitor of this website, including visitors outside Brazil, such as in the United States.

1. Who handles your data

The controller of the personal data processed on this website is CWS Platform. For any privacy matter, please contact privacidade@cws-platform.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Data you provide: when you fill out the contact form, request a demo or subscribe to the newsletter, we process information such as your name, work email, company, job title and the message you send.
  • Browsing data: when you access the website, technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and traffic source may be collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

3. Virtual assistant (AI)

On WhatsApp and in the website chat, the first one to talk with you is an artificial intelligence virtual assistant, which introduces itself as such at the start of the conversation. So that our sales team can get back to you, it may collect your name, email, job title, company, company website, what you are looking for and the challenge you describe.

The conversation is recorded, and our sales team is notified by email when a new contact comes in. You can ask to talk to a person at any time during the conversation.

The content of the conversation is processed by an artificial intelligence model provider engaged by CWS Platform, which handles it on our behalf to generate the assistant's replies and organize the information you provided.

4. How we use the data

  • To respond to contact requests and carry out sales conversations.
  • To send content and the newsletter, when you consent to receive them.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve the experience and content.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.

5. Legal bases

We process personal data on the legal bases provided by the LGPD, in particular consent (for example, for the newsletter), the performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract at your request, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest, always respecting your rights.

6. Sharing with third parties

CWS Platform does not sell personal data. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To operate the website and our services, we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, which may include:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers, and database providers;
  • email delivery, including the new contact notices sent to our sales team;
  • the artificial intelligence model provider that processes the virtual assistant's conversations;
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and the API provider through which we operate our WhatsApp number;
  • bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), in the website chat;
  • meeting scheduling (Calendly);
  • website usage analytics (Google Analytics), which is only turned on with your consent in the cookie notice.

These providers access the data only to the extent needed to provide their service.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are essential for the website to work and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, bearing in mind that this may affect some features of the website.

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may at any time request confirmation that your data is being processed, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, email privacidade@cws-platform.com.

Depending on where you live, including in U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To make a request, email privacidade@cws-platform.com. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

9. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes of this Policy or to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

10. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or improper alteration.

11. International transfers

Some of the providers mentioned, such as those for infrastructure, artificial intelligence models, WhatsApp, bot protection, scheduling, email delivery and analytics, may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we seek to ensure adequate safeguards, as required by the LGPD.
